Where is BLNKBASE based?
We're a Johannesburg-based online business. There is no walk-in store; we sell online and deliver across South Africa.
Can I buy just one item?
Yes. There's no minimum order on the website, so you can buy a single tee or hoodie.
Do you take bulk orders?
Yes. Bulk orders are quote-based. Send us the products, colours, sizes, quantities and delivery location through our Bulk Orders page or on WhatsApp, and we'll reply with pricing before you pay.
Do you print or embroider?
Yes, on request. Printing and embroidery are quoted per design. Mention them in your quote request.
How do I choose my size?
All garments come in S, M, L, XL and XXL. The Oversized Tee and the Midweight Hoodie are cut oversized and boxy, so order your usual size. See our size guide for measurements, or WhatsApp us and we'll help you choose.
What are your products made from?
Our tees are 50% combed cotton and 50% polyester, in 220 GSM (Midweight Tee) and 300 GSM (Oversized Heavyweight Tee). Our hoodies are brushed fleece, 50% cotton and 50% polyester, in 340 GSM and 450 GSM. Every garment has a tear-away size label, ready for your own branding.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days after payment has been confirmed. Orders paid by bank deposit are processed once the payment reflects.
Do you deliver across South Africa?
Yes. Standard delivery is R100 and free on orders over R1000. Express delivery is R150. We don't ship outside South Africa at the moment.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes. Size and colour exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unworn and unwashed with its tags on. You cover the return courier for voluntary exchanges. Faulty or incorrect items are on us. See our full Returns & Exchanges policy.
